Our staffing team are all experienced and trained and have been selected for their great customer service skills. They are multi-tasking and can just serve food or set up and run your bar or drinks service.

Staffing Guidelines
Staffing requirements obviously depend on the venue, total time of the function and food and drinks service required but as a general rule of thumb we recommend the following ratios:
| Food service only | 1 staff person per 50 people |
| Food & drinks (tray service) | 1 staff person per 20 people |
| Food & drinks (bar service) | 1 staff person per 25 people |
| Set up (of a bar) | Allow 1 hour to 90 minutes |
| Clean up | Allow at least 1 hour after guests leave |
Staff prices are as follows, and include GST, uniform, travel to your venue (in Perth metropolitan area):
For functions in excess of 100 people, we recommend that you employ a Function Coordinator (this person oversees the whole function, is included as a service staff person, and is generally the person who plans the event with you).
NB: Please note there is a 3 hour minimum callout for all staff.
Food/Drink Service Staff

(recommended for function in excess of 100 people)

Chef (on-site)
